Our Maxx-ER tooling system is designed for compatibility with Erowa® standards, delivering high precision and stability in oversized holders for enhanced machining performance. Each component is crafted and assembled to meet rigorous tolerances, ensuring reliability and accuracy for your machining applications.
Installation Instructions:
- Place the Base Plate (A) and align it with the hole pattern of the mounting surface.
- Position the Centering Plate (B) on top of the Base Plate (A). If needed, use Ø4mm pins to align both plates precisely.
- Hand-tighten the 4 M5 Support Feet into the M5 threaded holes.
- Tighten the Support Feet to 8 Nm.
- After assembly, ground the Support Feet to a specification of 11.20 +0.01/-0.05 mm with a flatness tolerance of 0.001 mm.
