We can’t always showcase the custom tooling we build, but one of our medical customers was kind enough to share some feedback and a photo.
These custom holders were designed, built, and delivered during the shutdown in Michigan, which required our teams in Canada and Europe to step up on tooling they don’t typically build in those locations. And they delivered! Great job, #MaxxTooling.

These holders were designed for precise electrode positioning in a production setting (more than 4,500 electrodes), complete with flushing through, hard stops, multiple retention set screws, all made from 100% rust-proof stainless steel.
Purpose:
To burn in radius around the workpiece.
